With great kindness and pedagogy, during the prenatal yoga sessions Lisa guided us through stretching and muscle strengthening movements according to our bodies, our aches and pains, our fatigue and adapted to each of us according to their progress in the pregnancy. These moments were a time of cocooning to take care of oneself both physically and mentally, posed in a small group of women. I was looking forward to these moments to be able to share and breathe, but they also allowed me to project myself and prepare for labor, with so many stretching, meditation and sophrology techniques that I found myself using during childbirth. In short, we will never be able to find a class as complete as yours: postures, dynamic yoga or adapted gentle yoga, your explanations on the benefits of asanas, breathing and the more spiritual side.
