Yoga in English à la rentrée

It's been a while in the making but I've finally decided to open up a yoga class completely in English. For the past 13 years of teaching yoga in French my brain has latched on to certain catch phrases that have become a little too rehearsed. I figured it was time to develop my English vocabulary in yoga, before I lose it. I have a small group of English women to thank for this decision. A very motivated group!

The new class in English will be held every Wednesday evening from 5pm till 6.30 pm at the Hall, Luis Cado in Locquémeau. The class will be managed through the Amicale de l'école de Tredrez-Locquémeau association.
